% 06.03.2018 By this petition the petitioner had sought directions to the respondent No.1 and 2 to register FIR and take appropriate action thereon. On a notice being issued a status report has been filed. As per the status report on the written complaint of the petitioner received at PS Govind Puri vide DD No.40B on 17th March, 2017 FIR No.110/2017 under Sections 376/342/328/354C/506 IPC was registered at PS Govind Puri on 20th March, 2017.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State on instructions submits that after investigation charge-sheet has been finalized and will be filed within one week before the Court of competent jurisdiction. W.P.(CRL) 1201/2017

In view of the statement of learned Additional Standing Counsel on instructions from SI Nirmala Singh, the investigating officer, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition any further. Petition and application are dismissed as not pressed. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
