O R D E R

% 29.01.2016 Learned counsel for respondents, on instructions, states that respondents have no objection if the impugned orders dated 19th March, 2014 passed by the Collector of Stamps and orders dated 20th March, 2015 and 01st April, 2015 passed by CCRA are set aside and the matter is remanded back to the Collector of Stamps for fresh hearing. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner states that he does not press the prayer '(d)' with regard to quashing of the Notification bearing No.F.1(152) Reg.Br./Div.Com/H.Q. 20/11/919 dated 15th November, 2011 for the time being.

In view thereof, present writ petition and application are allowed to the extent that the impugned orders dated 19th March, 2014, 20th March, 2015 and 01st April, 2015 are quashed and the matter is remanded back to the Collector of Stamps for a fresh hearing.

Parties are directed to appear before the Collector Stamps on 22nd February, 2016 at 3:00 p.m.

The Collector of Stamps is directed to decide the matter of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks.
