O R D E R

% 03.08.2015 A Memorandum of Understanding has been executed on 31.7.2015 wherein the parties have decided to settle their differences and have agreed to part ways amicably.

The Memorandum of Understanding takes into account the process by which the cases filed by the respective parties would be withdrawn and necessary application would be moved for divorce. The aforesaid Memorandum of Understanding has been furnished during the course of hearing today.

Let it be kept on record.

Considering the fact that the differences between the parties have been settled and the issues have been amicably resolved, the petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender would be released on bail on their furnishing bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of arresting officer/SHO or the court concerned,

subject to the condition that the respective obligation of the parties, delineated in the Memorandum of Understanding, is performed in letter and spirit.

The application is allowed.
