O R D E R

% 22.04.2015 By this writ petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to attend marriage ceremony of his daughter which is scheduled for 25th and 26th April, 2015.

Factum of marriage of petitioner's daughter has been verified by the State. Petitioner is in incarceration for more than 11 years. As per Parole/Furlough Guidelines parole can be considered in emergent circumstances even if minimum period of six months has not lapsed from the date of termination of previous parole and 'marriage of children' is one of the ground for relaxing this condition. Accordingly, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent.

During the parole period, petitioner shall report to the SHO of the concerned police station once in a week, that is, on every Monday at 10:00 am. Petitioner shall also not leave territorial bounds of Delhi and shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail on expiry of parole period. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be given dasti to the counsel for the petitioner. A.K. PATHAK, J.
