% 30.08.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order imposing costs of Rs. 30,000/- on account of delay in making payments to the respondent is erroneous because there is no delay in the said payment. The Court would note that the said money has been directed to be paid as litigation costs and not towards condonation of delay.

The respondent No. 2/complainant is identified by the Investigating Officer. She has no counsel. Mr. Mohit Gupta, Advocate, is appointed as her counsel for the day. Rs. 30,000/- has been paid to respondent No. 2 through her counsel. The amount of Rs. 10,000/-, as directed to be paid, in case of delay, is waived.

The petition stands disposed-off.
