% 06.12.2017 IA No.14425/2017 (of the plaintiff under Section 151 CPC) 1.

The plaintiff seeks transfer of this suit to the Court of District Judge, District South-East, Saket Courts, New Delhi. 2.

Vide order dated 21st November, 2016, though in the absence of either counsel, it was recorded that this suit cannot be transferred owing to being connected with CS(OS) No.663/1986.

The counsel for the plaintiff / applicant states that CS(OS) No.633/1986 earlier pending in this Court has since been transferred to the District South-East and is pending before the Court of Sh. Anil Antil, Additional District Judge, District South-East, Saket Courts, New Delhi. 4.

This suit is for recovery of possession of immovable property and for mesne profits and the valuation thereof for the purpose of court fees and jurisdiction is Rs.1.20 lacs.

The counsel for the defendants has no objection. 6.

The application is allowed and disposed of.

The counsel for the plaintiff states that CS(OS) No.633/1986 since transferred and renumbered as CS No.9795/2016 pending in the Court of Sh. Anil Antil, Additional District Judge, District South-East, Saket Courts, New Delhi is listed tomorrow and arguments are part heard therein. 8.

This suit is ordered to be transferred to District South-East to be listed before the Court of Sh. Anil Antil, Additional District Judge, District SouthEast, Saket Courts, New Delhi before whom CS No.9795/2016 titled "Shakuntala Sachdev Vs. Mridu Sachdev" is pending. 9.

The file be sent through special messenger.

The parties to appear before the Court of Sh. Anil Antil, Additional District Judge-05, District South-East, Saket Courts, New Delhi on 11th December, 2017.
