% 05.08.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.412/2014 registered on the complaint of the complainant under Section 366 IPC against the petitioner.

Complainant is present in Court. Copy of her electoral photo identity card is placed on record.

The petitioner and the respondent No.2 were stated to be married on 06.05.2014. Since disputes arose between the parties, they started living separately and respondent No.2 filed her complaint leading to registration of

the aforesaid FIR at Police Station K.M. Pur. The parties have arrived at a settlement on 24.07.2015, which has been placed on record. Under the settlement, nil amount has to be paid. The first motion is completed. The second motion petition shall be filed subject to quashing of the aforesaid FIR. The complainant states that she joins the prayer for quashing of the FIR in question.

Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings arising therefrom. The same are hereby quashed.
