The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.217/2016 registered under Sections 448/420/406/120B/34 IPC at PS Pul Prahladpur. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the counsel for the complainant and have examined the file. By an order dated 05.08.2016, the petitioners were granted interim protection and were directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioners have joined the investigation since then. Status report reveals that the charge-sheet has since been filed. 3.

Since the charge-sheet has been filed, the petitioners shall seek regular bail before the Trial Court.

To enable the petitioners to get regular bail before the Trial Court, interim protection against arrest for two weeks is given to the petitioners.

The bail application stands disposed of.
