W.P.(C) 6767/2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that illegal and unauthorized construction has been permitted in land measuring 104 sq. yards forming part of Khasra no.304, bearing Plot No.1, Block-P, Batla House, New Delhi by respondent no.4. Respondent no.4 is stated to be the brother of the petitioner.

On advance notice learned counsel for the respondent has put in appearance. Her submission is that this appears to be a private vendetta between petitioner and respondent no.4. Learned counsel

appearing for respondent no.1 submits that ground floor of the property was booked on 25.7.2016 and work stop notice was as also issued on the following day i.e. 26.7.2016. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 further submits that all actions in accordance with law if illegal and unauthorized deviations are noted will be taken. This undertaking of the learned counsel for the respondent no.1 noted. Respondent no.1 will take actions in accordance with law within an outer limit of two months from today.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
