% 20.11.2015 I.A. No.22976/2015 (u/O 23 R 3 CPC) in CS(OS) No.2471/2013 Parties have settled their disputes amicably on the terms and conditions as stipulated in this application. Application has been signed by the parties and their counsels. Affidavits of constituted attorney, authorized signatories of the parties have also been annexed with the application. I do not find the terms of settlement to be in conflict with any law. Application is marked as 'Mark C-1'. Suit is decreed in terms of 'Mark C-1', which shall form the part of decree. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Date fixed in the matter, that is, 24th March, 2016 is cancelled. Since parties have settled their disputes before commencement of trial, let 50% of the court fee be refunded to the plaintiffs and a necessary certificate in this regard be issued by the Registry.
