% 02.05.2016 IPA 37/2014 The case file has been taken up pursuant to order dated 18.04.2016 of Learned District & Session Judge (East), KKD Courts, Delhi, whereby he was of the view that the jurisdiction of the present matter does not lie in the said court.

Vide order dated 21.01.2016, the matter was transferred to East District, KKD for 18.04.2016. The transfer of the matter vide order dated 21.01.2016 as per notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, was a ministerial order. Accordingly the said ministerial order is modified.
