% 23.01.2017 The present matter is listed today in terms of the order passed by the Joint Registrar today. The learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC) and have also executed a settlement agreement on 19.01.2017, which is on record. Both the parties are present in court today and affirm the settlement agreement dated 19.01.2017 and agree to abide by it. They further pray that the suit be decreed in terms thereof.

The settlement is lawful.

The parties are bound by the same.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement agreement. Let the decree sheet be drawn up. The settlement agreement shall form a part of the decree sheet.

The Registry is directed to issue a certificate as per rules to the plaintiff for refund of 50% of the court fees.

The next date of hearing is cancelled.
