% 26.09.2017 CRL.M.A.16286/2017 in CRL.M.C. 1540/2017 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking typographical correction in the order dated 19.04.2017 passed by this Court in CRL.M.C. 1540/2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is typographical error in the order dated 19.04.2017 passed in CRL.M.C. 1540/2017. He has further submitted that the FIR in question was registered at Police Station-Crime Against Women Cell, North West, Nanakpura, Delhi and not at Police Station- Hazrat Nizamuddin and prays that the order dated 19.04.2017 be rectified to this extent. Application perused.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 19.04.2017 is modified to the extent that in place of Police

Station-Hazrat Nizamuddin, it be read as Police Station-Crime Against Women Cell, North West, Nanakpura, Delhi. Rest of the order will remain the same.

The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. As prayed, copy of this order be given dasti. I.S.MEHTA, J SEPTEMBER 26, 2017/sr
