% 11.10.2018 Notice could not be issued to respondent no.2 as PF was not filed. However, respondent no.2 has appeared in Court and accepts notice. She has been identified by W/SI Veena of police station Vivek Vihar. It is submitted that after resolving their differences, petitioner and respondent no. 2 have started living together.

Keeping in mind that husband and wife have started living together after resolving their differences, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice FIR No.15/2013 under Sections 498-A/323 IPC registered at Police Station Vivek Vihar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
