After some hearing learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal against the order of the Estate Officer before the District Judge within a period of 15 days from today.

The writ petition and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If the appeal is filed by the petitioner within 15 days, the appeal shall be considered on merits.
