1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner informs the Court that pursuant to the settlement, a sum of Rs. 30 lakhs has been paid to National Industrial Corporation Ltd. towards full and final settlement of all its dues arising under the impugned Award.

2. Learned counsel for the Respondent confirms this. Both counsel pray that the petition may be disposed of in terms of the above settlement.
