% 17.09.2018 CS(COMM) 1045/2018 & IA No.12632/2018 The parties have amicably settled all their disputes and have filed a joint application being IA No.12632/2018 under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure which contains the terms of the settlement. The application is signed by both the parties as well as their counsels and is supported by their respective affidavits.

IA 12632/2018 is marked as Ex.C-1.

The settlement between the parties is lawful and is recorded. This suit is decreed in terms of the settlement in respect of prayers 46 (a), (b), (c) and (d). Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. The pending application is disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
