% 25.04.2017 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.321/16 under Sections 308/341/34 IPC registered at Police Station Ranjit Nagar. Status report is on record.
(2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 04.08.2016, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has since joined the investigation. Status report reveals that the injuries sustained by the victim are 'simple' in nature.
(3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the role assigned to the petitioner in the crime, the petitioner is admitted to BAIL APPLN. 1571/2016
anticipatory bail and in the event of her arrest, she be released on bail on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that she shall join the investigation as and when required.
(4) The bail application stands disposed of.
