% 04.04.2016 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the next date of hearing before the Trial Court is 19th May, 2016. The cross-examination of the prosecutrix could not be recorded because of the non-availability of the Presiding Officer. It is impressed upon the learned Presiding Officer to record the cross-examination of the prosecutrix on the date fixed.

Counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move appropriate application before the Trial Court. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.

Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
