W.P.(C).7006/2016 Challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 03.05.2016 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal wherein the Tribunal has declined to initiate contempt proceedings. We have asked Mr. Gupta with regard to the maintainability of this writ petition in view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of D.N. Taneja v. Bhajan Lal, reported at (1988) 3 SCC 26. At this stage, Mr. Gupta wishes to withdraw the petition to enable him to take such remedy which may be available in accordance with law. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
