O R D E R

% 02.08.2018 While granting bail to the petitioner certain conditions have been imposed by the trial Court including that petitioner shall not visit the area within the radius of 5 kms from the house of the victim. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of this condition petitioner has to take a house on rent. It is further submitted that prosecutrix was neighbour of the petitioner but now she has shifted to some other place. In view of this, condition of 5 kms radius, as imposed by the trial Court, is reduced to 1 km.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
