Parties have executed Settlement Agreement dated 6th December, 2023, before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The said Agreement is signed by the Authorized Representatives of both parties and is accompanied with Board Resolutions in favour of the said Authorized Representatives.

Counsel for parties mentioned in the appearance above, appearing through video conferencing mechanism, have identified the signatures on the Settlement Agreement. They confirm the terms of settlement and pray for the suit to be decreed in terms thereof.

The Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in favour of the Plaintiffs and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 05/03/2024 at 11:02:48

against the Defendant, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 6th December, 2023, which shall form part of the decree. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. 5.

In view of the fact that the suit is being decreed on consent terms, Registry is directed to issue a certificate for refund of full Court fees, in favour of the Plaintiff.
