O R D E R

% 24.01.2019 The learned counsel for the parties submit that efforts to settle the lis through mediation have yielded no results.

The petitioners are stated to have joined the investigations in terms of the order dated 02.11.2018. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners undertake to continue to do so as and when called upon by the Investigating Officer.

In the circumstances, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners in FIR No. 183/2018, registered under Sections 308/34 IPC at Police Station Sector 23, Dwarka, Delhi, they be released on bail on their

furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioners shall continue to participate in the investigations as and when he is so intimated by the Investigating Officer; (ii) they shall furnish their mobile phone numbers to the police, which shall be kept operational at all times, so that the police could contact them;

(iii) they shall not make any effort to evade the process of law; and (iv) in case of change of the phone numbers or address, the petitioners shall inform the police forthwith.

Any observation made in this order shall have no bearing on the merits of the case.

The petitions, alongwith pending applications, stand disposed-off. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties under the signature of the Court Master. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
