% 27.04.2016 IA no.25325/2015 (u/O XXIII Rule 1 CPC filed by the plaintiffs) The suit has already been withdrawn as per the prayer made in the IA vide order dated 11.12.2015. The only relief which remains is that the plaintiffs pray for return of the moneys which have been deposited by the plaintiffs in this Court in this suit of specific performance. Plaintiffs had deposited the amount in this Court to show their readiness for specific performance. Since the suit is allowed to be withdrawn, whatever amount has been deposited by the plaintiffs in this Court be paid to the plaintiffs alongwith accrued interest thereon.

Needful be done by the Registry within three weeks from today.

IA stands disposed of.
