Petitioner seeks parole for two months on the ground that he has been advised the bed rest and physiotherapy after his knee surgery. It is not in dispute that left knee of petitioner has been operated on 8th April, 2016 and he was discharged on 12th April, 2016. Petitioner has already availed parole for physiotherapy from 11th May, 2016 to 30th June, 2016. Report of Medical Officer-in-Charge, Central Jail No.02 has been received wherein it has been specifically mentioned that petitioner has not been advised rest and physiotherapy by Safdarjang Hospital. Only oral medication has been advised, which is available to him in Jail.
Petition is dismissed.
