% 25.01.2017 Crl.M.A. 1505/2017 (under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for releasing of FDR) The application under reference has been filed by the petitioner in terms of order dated 06.12.2016 whereby the Hon'ble Single Judge directed that the FDR of Rs. 5,00,000/- deposited in this Court be released to the petitioner alongwith accrued interest. The application is allowed.

The FDR is stated to be lying in the safe custody of Deputy Registrar in bail application no. 402/2013. The same be put up for necessary endorsement today itself.

The application stands allowed.
