Learned counsel for defendant no.8 accepts notice of the application and submits that he has no objection if the application is allowed.

Defendants 2, 3, 5 to 6 and 11 to 13 stands served. Learned counsels for defendants 5, 6, 11 to 13 and defendants 4, 9, 10 and LRs of deceased defendant no.14 submit that they have no objection if the application is allowed. Defendants 2, 3 and 7 have not filed the reply. IA No. 7423/2017(under Section 151 CPC by D-8) Heard.

Notice. The present application has been filed seeking correction in the name of defendant no.8 and her address. Learned counsel for plaintiff and learned counsels for the defendants present in the court accept notice and submit that they have no objection if the application is allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Counsel for the plaintiff seeks time to file the amended memo of parties.

The matter be placed before the Hon'ble Court for further directions on the date fixed.
