Not only no ground for review is made out but I may mention that this writ petition was heard at length on 3rd November, 2015, when the senior counsel then appearing for the petitioner had sought adjournment to answer the query raised. Thereafter, when the matter came up, a new counsel appeared and argued. This review petition is filed by yet another counsel. 2.
With the change in counsel, there can be no re-hearing. 3.
