% 04.10.2018 By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file special leave petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Status report has been filed. As per the status report, special leave petition filed by the petitioner before the Hon'ble Supreme Court has been dismissed vide order dated 21st August, 2018. Hence the ground on which the petitioner seeks parole does not survive. Petition is accordingly dismissed.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
