A status report has been handed over, which is taken on record. 4.

By the present petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file a Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Petitioner has been convicted for offences punishable under Section 279/304A IPC and awarded sentence of simple imprisonment for a period of 12 months and fine of ₹2,000/- in default whereof to undergo simple imprisonment for 2 months.

After the appeal was dismissed by the learned Additional and Sessions Judge, the petitioner preferred a revision petition before this Court W.P.(CRL) 2268/2018

which was also dismissed on 14th May, 2018. The petitioner has undergone 3 months and 29 days imprisonment as of today. 6.

As per the status report, the address of the petitioner has been verified and the family of the petitioner was found residing at House No.469, 2nd Floor, DDA Flats, Khirki, Malviya Nagar.

Considering that the petitioner has roots in the society and wants to file Special Leave Petition, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner, it is therefore directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of 3 weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.
