It is apparent that no such application was filed by the alleged company who has allegedly taken over the petitioner. 4.

Concededly, the learned counsel neither represent the petitioner company herein nor has filed any authorization to address on behalf of petitioner.

The petition is therefore dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending application also stands disposed of.
