The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.191/10 under Sections 394/397/34 IPC registered at Police Station Patel Nagar. Status report is on record. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.
The petitioner was earlier granted bail on 28.08.2012.
Subsequently, due to his non-appearnce before the Court, he was declared 'proclaimed offender' by an order dated 24.07.2013.
He was again arrested on 29.01.2015 and continues to be in custody since then.

Co-accused persons have already been granted bail. The material prosecution witnesses have not implicated the petitioner. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
