% 01.03.2018 Crl.M.A. No. 3957/2018 By this application, the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant who has now filed the vakalatnama states that the appellant had filed another appeal being Crl. Appeal No. 915/2016 which is an appeal filed with elaborate grounds and thus the appellant would pursue the said appeal. Application is disposed of permitting the appellant to withdraw the appeal.

CRL.A. 738/2016 Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the facts noted above. Trial Court Record if received pursuant to order dated 9th August, 2016 be tagged along with Crl. Appeal No. 915/2016. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
