% 20.09.2016 Admittedly the notices impugned before this Court i.e. the notices dated 22.6.2016 were the subject matter of the Civil Suit i.e. CS No.311/2013 titled Subhash Chand Chopra and Ors. Vs. North Delhi Municipal Corporation & Anr. in which the interim application has been decided by the Competent Court on 11.8.2016. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 submits that an appeal is maintainable against that order. Petitioner does not dispute this proposition. In this view of the matter, he submits that this petition be treated as infructuous.

Accordingly, this petition has become infructuous. It is disposed of accordingly.
