O R D E R

% 20.10.2016 Vide this writ petition petitioner seeks one month's parole on the ground that she wants to file Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. It is trite to say that every accused/ convict has a right to avail all the legal remedies, as may be available to him/ her, upto the highest forum.

Address of the petitioner has been verified. Keeping in view the totality of facts and circumstances of the case it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of her release, subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. It is further ordered that the petitioner shall report to the SHO PS Krishna Nagar once a week i.e. on every Monday.

After expiry of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
