% 12.08.2016 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that she intends to file a curative petition before the Supreme Court. Request of petitioner for grant of parole has been rejected by Government of NCT of Delhi on 10th May, 2016. That is how petitioner has approached this Court by way of present writ petition. A perusal of nominal roll shows that petitioner was released on furlough on 12th July, 2016 itself. Petitioner could have used this period for filing curative petition.

Writ petition is dismissed.
