The petitioner seeks extension of time, from 31st October, 2017 by which time the petitioner had undertaken to vacate the premises, by 3-4 months.

The counsel for the respondent appearing on advance notice is not agreeable.

Without the respondent agreeing, undertaking given to the Court has to be respected.
