% 15.12.2016 Today in Court, learned counsel for respondents has handed over a copy of the speaking order dated 21st April, 2016 by virtue of which though the unauthorised construction has been booked, yet action has been kept in abeyance till 31st December, 2017 inasmuch as the property in question is stated to be protected by the National Capital Territory of Delhi Laws (Special Provisions) Second (Amendment) Act 2014. A copy of the order has been handed over in Court by learned counsel for respondents to learned counsel for petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid order, which is taken on record, present contempt proceeding is closed.
