The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.

211/2014 under Sections 394/397/411/120B/420/468/471/34 IPC read with Section 25 Arms Act registered at Police Station Gulabi Bagh. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the Trial Court record.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2014.

Material prosecution witnesses including the complainant have since been examined. The petitioner was not named in the FIR as the complainant did not identify him.

The petitioner's involvement emerged in the disclosure statement of coaccused persons. Only allegations against the petitioner are recovery of Driving Licence and Registration Certificate of motor-cycle used BAIL APPLN. 1990/2016

in the crime and a cheque book of SBI robbed from the complainant. 4.

It is also informed that the petitioner was granted interim bail by the Trial Court and there are no allegations of its misuse. 5.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The Bail application stands disposed of.
