% 07.03.2017 Today in Court, learned additional standing counsel for respondents has handed over an Office Order dated 1st February, 2017 passed by Department of Urban Development, Govt. of NCT of Delhi by virtue of which Fourth Municipal Valuation Committee has been constituted. The same is taken on record. Learned additional standing counsel for respondents-GNCTD assures this Court that a notice shall be issued to the petitioner before considering its application for revaluation of categorisation of petitioner-hotel. In view of aforesaid statement, present contempt petition and pending application are disposed of as satisfied.
