Mr. Mehta informs me that an Arbitrator has been appointed in respect of dispute obtaining between the parties. 2.

I am also informed by counsel that the next date of hearing fixed by learned Arbitrator is 02.01.2019.

In these circumstances, it is directed that the captioned application will be placed before the learned Arbitrator for appropriate orders. The learned Arbitrator will treat the captioned application as one filed under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Pending disposal of the application, the interim order dated 17.08.2018 will continue to operate. The learned Arbitrator will, however, have liberty to confirm or vacate or even modify the order dated 17.08.2018. O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 331/2018
