The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning the orders dated 12.07.2016 and 11.11.2016 passed by Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB).

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner has an equally efficacious remedy by way of an appeal under Section 45 of the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board Act, 2010. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to seek appellate remedies. It is further directed that if such an appeal be filed within a period of one week from today, the same

would be considered by the Appellate Authority (Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor of Delhi) uninfluenced by the delay in preferring the said appeals. 6.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. The pending application is also disposed of.
