% 20.12.2018 The learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent submits that a sum of Rs.25,31,297/- has been paid to the petitioner by demand draft dated 11.12.2018 which includes interest upto 11.12.2018. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner accepts the receipt of the said amount of Rs.25,31,297/-. He also states that there some old TDS dues which have also not been paid by the respondent. This issue was never argued when the matter was heard. However, in any case, in para 13 of my order dated 12.11.2018 it is stated that as the other amounts claimed by the petitioner are disputed it would be open to the petitioner to take steps for recovery of the said amounts as per law. In case, the petitioner so feels, he is free to take steps for recovery of the said amounts as per law.
The petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
The order appointing the Official Liquidator as the provisional liquidator is recalled.
