The issue of extensive water logging in various parts of Delhi during the Monsoon season and the resultant traffic congestion and other related problems being faced by the public, is sought to be espoused in this petition filed as Public Interest Litigation.

Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties, we consider it appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to look into the issues raised in the writ petition by treating the same as a representation and take appropriate action in accordance with law. 3.
The action taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within eight weeks from today. The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court by filing a fresh petition in case necessity thereof arises. 4.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
