Ms. Yukti Anand, who, appears for the respondents has returned with instructions. Ms. Anand submits that since, there is no dispute with regard to the existence of the arbitration agreement, she has instructions to convey to the Court that a neutral arbitrator be appointed. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner contends likewise. 3.

Accordingly, Hon'ble Mr. Justice M. Jagannadha Rao, former Judge of the Supreme Court (040-23224533), is appointed as an Arbitrator in the matter.

The learned Arbitrator will be paid fees as per the Fourth Schedule appended to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 5.
