Learned ASC for the State/R-1 submits that in this case chargesheet has already been filed and arguments on the point of charge have also been advanced before the learned Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to agitate all the issues before the learned Trial Court at the stage of charge and to approach this Court if the necessity arises.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for.
