Today in Court, learned counsel for the respondents has handed over a demand draft dated 25th November, 2016 drawn on Lakshmi Vikas Bank, Janpath, New Delhi for a sum of Rs.5 lakhs in full and final settlement to the petitioner, who is personally present in Court. Since there has been delay in making the payment, the respondent no.2, Director of the respondent no.1-company who is personally present in Court, has agreed to pay costs of Rs.30,000/- by way of demand draft within a period of four weeks. The statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions of Mr.R.K.Saini, Director of respondent no.1-comapny is accepted by this Court and the respondents are held bound by the same.

In view thereof, present contempt petition stands disposed of as satisfied.
