% 14.05.2015 CrI.M.A. No. 6224-25/2015 in Crl.M.C. No.1734/2015 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The applications are disposed of Crl.M.C. No.1475/2015 & Crl.M.C. No.1734/2015 Parties are present in Court who have been identified by their respective counsel.

These are two petitions filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of two cross FIRs No.93/20 10 under Sections 323/325/12013/34 IPC & No. 115/2010 under Sections 324/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Defence Colony, New Delhi.

Brief facts of the case are that on 18 th November, 2011, a quarrel took place between the parties in which both the sides suffered injuries. On the basis of the complaint made by Manish Meena (respondent No.4 in Cr1. M.C. No. 1734/2015), the FIR No.93/2010 was registered against petitioners, namely, Mukesh Sharma, Dishu, Akash and Jasbir Choudhary. Deepak Sharma (respondent No.2 in Cr1. M.C. No. 1475/20 15) also made a complaint in respect of the same incident, on the basis of which the FIR No. 115/20 10 was registered against the petitioners, namely, Ketan Meena, Lokpal @ Gopal, Manish @ Bablu and Mr.Ravi Nayak, APP for the State Kumar Meena.

Since the parties are residing in the same locality, the parties have settled their disputes amicably. They are also present in Court and have

confirmed the settlement.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in order to maintain peace and harmony between the parties and in view of the averments made in the petitions, the FIRs No.93/2010 under Sections 323/325/120B/34 IPC & No. 115/2010 under Sections 324/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Defence Colony, New Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed qua the respective petitioners. Since the State machinery has been used, while quashing the FIR, I impose the cost of Rs. 10,600/- each upon the petitioners in both petitions, which shall be deposited by them with the Bar Council of Delhi Indigent & Disabled Lawyers Account within four weeks from today. The original receipts of depositing the cost shall be filed by the petitioners in the Registry within six weeks and a copy thereof be also handed over to the TO. In case the receipts are not filed by the petitioners within the stipulated period, the matter shall be listed before Court for further directions. The petitions are accordingly disposed of. Dasti.
