% 04.11.2016 At the outset, this Court is informed that the suit is at the stage of defendant's evidence. In such a case, this Court is not inclined to exercise its discretion to test the impugned order refusing interim injunction, as trial of this case is at fairly advanced stage. In the facts and circumstances of this case, trial court is directed to complete the trial of this case within a period of six months from the date already fixed.

With aforesaid directions, this appeal and the application are disposed of.
