% 21.08.2018 The grievance of petitioners in this petition is that their application (Annexure P-9) for demarcation of the subject land filed way back in November, 2017 before the concerned Revenue Assistant, is still pending. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the whereabouts of the said application (Annexure P-9) is not known to petitioners despite several visits to office of the concerned Revenue Assistant. Upon hearing, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to concerned Revenue Assistant to dispose of the application (Annexure P-9), if it is still pending, and the disposal of the said application (Annexure P-9) shall be by a speaking order. The fate of this application (Annexure P-9) be made known to petitioners within a period of six weeks from today, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies as available in law.
